19.01.2022 As an introductory offer for our new venture we have a special offer of free travel within 20km of Geelong for on site work and 10% off the labour charge for all jobs booked in August. Work can be carried out anytime up until the end of this year but MUST be booked in by close of business 31/8/19.

17.01.2022 We had this trailer in recently for a service. It got new brake shoes and magnets, bearings regreased, a new breakaway switch and battery and all new spring eye bushes and bolts including new rockers. Some new mudflaps in place of the bent and broken aluminium ones finished it off.

16.01.2022 Couldn’t ask for a nicer day to be out on site fitting a diesel heater into a Jayco .

14.01.2022 A Jayco 16.49-1 Outback that we fitted a customer supplied diesel heater into on site. The customer wants to add a second battery soon so we removed the drawer and added a partition as requested and slightly relocated the battery to maximise the remaining useable storage space. With a bit of a modification the ISI bike rack mount was perfect to use as mount for the jerry can fuel tank.

13.01.2022 Rockin' Donuts and Coffee van in for an inverter fit up to power the 240v fridges during transport and an anderson plug run to the drawbar to keep the batteries charging.

11.01.2022 2kw diesel heater install last week into a Jayco 15.48-4 with the multipurpose jerry can fuel tank . We also did a small repair on the gas bottle holder because the bolts were found to be loose causing the bottle to move around and the latch unable to be opened, tidied up some issues from Jayco that could have easily been avoided when the van was built , changed out the copper gas bottle to reg pipe for a flexy hose and lifted the awning arms 1 bolt hole to enable the roof to be raised and lowered without pulling the awning out .

10.01.2022 A couple of diesel heater installs we’ve done recently. The Starcraft had the standard tank supplied with the heaters temporarily (but securely) mounted because the customer is going to build a custom rear bar setup. The Swan got our dual purpose jerry can/heater fuel tank fitted into a Jayco jerry holder on a setup we fabricated in house which also relocated the hand brake cable.

05.01.2022 The government regulations currently state that vehicle maintenance and repair is an essential service. If youve been thinking about getting some work done on your caravan/motorhome or trailer now is the perfect time so that its ready to go once restrictions are eased off. If you have concerns about being pulled over/fined driving we are happy to speak to police in regards to your booking etc if you were to be pulled over driving to or from the workshop or if you dont want to be out and about driving around we are offering free pick up and delivery within 20km of central Geelong. We can also take care of all your servicing and repairs on site at your home or storage yard etc.

03.01.2022 Fiat Jayco Conquest we did some work on. A full service of vehicle and living quarters, repaired some wiring issues that were causing the house batteries to not receive full charge, polished the headlights so they were a little bit more useful than a candle, a new wheel hub, 240v inlet cover and roof vent screen/blind.

03.01.2022 3kw diesel heater install and minor battery relocation completed on a Jayco 17.56-2 Outback. We double ducted this one so the heat is evenly spread front to rear and into both bed ends.

02.01.2022 After a long wait we have received confirmation today that our order off diesel heaters is good to go and we will have them in stock on the shelf mid to late next week. We are planning on doing a few days of installs in SE Melb in the coming weeks, dates are at the moment still to be decided and we hope to have this locked in by Monday or Tuesday. If youre over that side of town and would like a heater fitted into your caravan or camper send us a message or give us a call and we can discuss the finer details further.

01.01.2022 Jayco 19.61-3 Tourer diesel heater install 99% finished, just waiting for the jerry holder to come back from the powdercoaters. The jerry and heater feed line will have dry break quick connect fittings so it can be removed for easy filling and also to double up as spare fuel for the tow vehicle if required. We also relocated the water tank selector further back away from the exhaust to eliminate the possibility of reaching under and accidentally getting burnt. Whilst it was in we did a quick checkover underneath which revealed a broken brake harness connector and rubbed wires that we repaired, adjusted the tyre pressures (which were all different) and added a bunch of zip ties to stop pipes and hoses flapping around on the road.
