The bounce is when you are completing a movement and your body dips to complete the rep or bounces to finish the desired range.... Even pro athletes are still doing it. Stop it immediately! Every time you do it you are creating a weak point in the movement you are doing. If you can't do the weight without bouncing or dropping your body to finish it then it's too heavy. It's time to leave your ego at the door. Holding your entire body still and completing the full range will benefit you more than you know. Increase muscle fibre activation, strengthen core and stabilizers. These are the foundations of strength.
