24.01.2022 TWO HANDED HELICOPTER Try this move with all kinds of hoops..each hoop size and weight create different illusions :)..shiny hoops and led look awesome!!!!! Key Points and tips:... . Start with the both hands on outside of hoop with hoop behind you..knuckles face your back and hoop position is vertical . You are passing the Hoop to each hand but while you do this you are twisting your wrist to create a helicopter illusion . The more your twist your wrist while passing the more effective the helicopter looks . Try this move with hoop low and high..see what works best . Legs can be apart or together or you can slightly bend your body forward..engage your core when doing this . 15.01.2022 ONE HANDED HELICOPTER I absolutely love this move..it's real pretty and I probably dropped the Hoop over 100 times.. Be prepared for many drops..don't let it stop you though!!!... @pika.hoop has a created a tutorial for a variation of this move..check it out..otherwise check @hoopingmad page there's a video where she talks on tips about this move..enjoy!!!!! Key Points and tips: . Knuckles start in the hoop . Push and turn the Hoop around your pinkie finger then when it lands in pam..repeat..as you progress push quicker . Start slow and have hoop low then get higher with speed . Keep posture straight..bum tucked in . If your left hand is holding hoop turn to the left while facing your hoop . Head neutral . 14.01.2022 I rescued this orchid a bit over 1 year ago..it was dumped on the ground in the park ..it was pretty dry with little life ..no flowers.. Honestly i didn't believe it would ever flower ..considering that it hadn't changed much for almost a year...But on Xmas day it flowered for the first time!!!!! There's 4 more buds that will also soon flower..and perhaps maybe more can't wait!!! I'm just thankful for the reminder...that everything in life will progress at its own timing... #trusttheprocessoflife #gestationalperiod

12.01.2022 Today 1 year ago I set a goal to work on getting Front and Side splits... The last photo was taken last year when I set the goal..unfortunately I didn't take pictures of side splits 1 year ago..whoops!!!! So here's where I'm at... after 1 year :)..ive never been flexible so not sure how long it will take me.. but getting there.. my feet and legs turn in uncomfortable angles now so I know my body is adjusting and working it's way down to earth ... Tip: Never give up on your dreams..and trust that what you want is coming at the perfect timing!!! Can't wait to show you all when I reach this goal..some time in 2021 I think xxx Happy Monday!!!

01.01.2022 Absolutely love this "One Handed Flourish/Helicopter" I can't remember how many times I dropped the Hoop in my hand to the ground So worth it in the end!!!! AND I find it so satisfying when the Hoop flips over my hand perfectly

01.01.2022 Introducing Turbo the canary He has been with us for a few months now and I can say hE has an interesting sense of humour!!! I love it how I can let him out of the cage and he will go back in when he is ready ..and come back out also.. I know how much he hates to be grabbed..so I just keep the cage door open while he is out of the cage browsing around.. Another interesting thing is he loves chilli apparently some canaries like it .. who would've thought... ..#happyhumpday
