15.01.2022 Update! Outdoor Day Classes From Thursday 5 November 2020 as Melbourne begins to re-open we will be holding outdoor classes (and also LIVE online for those wanting to continue on Zoom). Initially we will be offering outdoor classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am for a maximum number of 10 people.... YOU MUST REGISTER for a class! If you currently attend class we have already registered you, however if you would prefer to attend on Zoom please let us know. If you have not been attending classes, but would like to register CONTACT US! Outdoor classes will be held at The Bandstand (behind the Chalet) Wattle Park. There is cover over the space, however it is not completely out of the weather. If it likely to rain or the forecast is over 32 degrees we will advise you by SMS that the class will be held ONLINE only, we will give you as much notice as possible. You must bring to each class your own . TAP mat if you have one (extras will be available) . tap shoes or sneaker attachments (extras will be available) . resistance band/toner . towel . full water bottle We also suggest you bring a hat and sunscreen. Please wear a mask to and from class. In alignment with state government policy masks may be removed when you are doing exercise or physical activity where you are out of breath or puffing.
