10.01.2022 PTSD Group on every 2nd Saturday 11am at the Uniting Church Southport. Activities are chosen by members, recent activities include Art Therapy, Yoga, Origami, and Info sessions on different topics. All suggestions are welcome. Feel free to come along and join, message for more info.
