Ive found that my capacity to extend grace and kindness to myself and to others is less if I dont take care of myself. 09.01.2022 I was a teenager in the 80s when mortgage interest rates were over 18%. Due to the financial stress our family was under that time, in our home of 6 people (I'm the eldest of four children) we were restricted to using 2 sheets per wipe. (Sorry! This will be TMI for some I know!) 05.01.2022 You know what I hate about dust apart from the fact that it contains a bunch of nasty chemicals and allergens that are bad for our health? I hate that it ALWAYS comes back!
