22.01.2022 A reminder: we'd love to see you at our annual general meeting, this Saturday 7th November 10am To make this event COVID-safe, this year we're holding it online. To join us, you'll need to click on the zoom link posted in the event. If you haven't used zoom before, the link will prompt you to download the application to your device, which should take a couple of minutes. We'd love to see you there to plant some ideas for 2021.

21.01.2022 Things can finally get back to almost normal with the new rule changes . We will no longer be limited to members only during our Saturday meetups. We will, however, be asking for contact details for each family group, just incase. Masks will no longer need to be worn, unless social distancing can't be maintained, but please keep them on you as is required.

19.01.2022 With last years success of taking a bag of sunflower seeds and planting out the garden, we plan to make it a yearly tradition. We now have some sunflower seeds available at the garden. Please take a packet to plant in your front yard, and share some joy with your neighbours. After what was a tough year for so many, let's plant some joy! #sunflowers #plantsomejoy

13.01.2022 After having to wait until lockdowns eased a few weeks ago to allow construction work to be allowed, we've finally got the community notice board up. Our long term aim is to allow local community groups to use it to promote social events and gatherings, but given the current circumstances we want help local businesses in the short term to help get them back on their feet and emerge from restrictions. So, if you know or run a local business, be it someone doing clothing repairs, a local cafe or lawnmower service, who wants to put up a business card or flyer, tell them to get in contact. The more the better, but we do have to make sure the business doesn't go against our statement of purpose.

04.01.2022 We had our first morning back at the garden today! It was so wonderful to be back. There is so much work to do, the weeds have taken over! But another more welcome addition to the garden is our new notice board. In the future we'll use it to promote community groups, activities and events. But, in the meantime we'd love to open it up to the community! Do you have a small business that you'd like to promote? A community enterprise? Maybe you have something to sell? Or you've... lost a beloved family pet? As long as it aligns with our statement of purpose, please put up a notice! We can't promote anything that may cause harm, so unfortunately stores selling alcohol or cigarettes or gambling establishments won't be allowed. And especially anything illegal or going against current restrictions are banned. Just about anything else is ok! If you're unsure, please get in touch!

04.01.2022 Inline with the changes to restrictions, we will be running meetups onsite from this Saturday, the 31st of October. For now it will be limited to members only. This will allow us to better manage our 10 person cap and make sure we have contact details.
