25.01.2022 Super excited to be teaming with a local photographer for her cake smash photo shoots. My first cake was two layers of vanilla sponge filled and covered with white chocolate buttercream and decorated with blue buttercream and sprinkles. Professional photos coming soon.

24.01.2022 Small celebration cake - two layers of chocolate cake filled and decorated with nutella buttercream. Topped with a dark chocolate ganache drip, ferraro rochers, hazlenut chocolates, hazelnut chocolate bark and sprinkles of chopped hazelnuts and chocolate.

23.01.2022 And finally - three layers of rasberry and white chocolate cake filled with rasberry jam and whipped cream and decorated with pink and apricot buttercream. Topped with macarons and a custom made rose gold topper. This went out with rasberry and lemon tarts and triple chocolate brownies for an afternoon celebration for Georgias 21st. Congratulations Georgia - I hope you have had a wonderful birthday!

23.01.2022 Recreating the cupcakes I made for Steph and Lucass wedding for their first anniversary. Red velvet with cream cheese icing, chocolate with whipped cream filling and cookies and cream icing and vanilla with lemon curd filling and vanilla buttercream. All topped with white and navy chocolate hearts. Congratulations to you both - enjoy your weekend away.

22.01.2022 The most special cakes are the ones for family! One of my favourite number cakes - this one is vanilla sponge filled and decorated with "teeth staining" black buttercream. In a gold and black colour scheme, it was topped with Ferrero rochers, Oreo macarons, Black and white chocolate shards, gold shimmer gumballs, honeycomb balls, gold glitter meringues, lolly-gobble-bliss-bombs and of course a couple of little bottles to toast an 18th birthday! 18.01.2022 It's a Wiggly weekend again! Early morning delivery for Aria's party. Four layers of vanilla cake in Wiggles colours - red, blue, yellow and purple filled with white chocolate buttercream. Decorated with blue vanilla buttercream, fondant stars and sprinkles. Topped with a personalised Wiggles edible image. And for the lucky guests - sugar cookies with purple, red, yellow and blue embossed fondant. Packaged individually and tied with matching ribbon. 17.01.2022 Early delivery this morning for a special girls 8th birthday. Vanilla cupcakes with rainbow vanilla buttercream and lots of sprinkles in the shape of an 8 to share at school. Then for a birthday dinner tonight, two layers of vanilla rainbow swirled cake, filled with whipped vanilla filling and a surprise! Covered with vanilla buttercream and decorated with a bright pink drip, macarons, lollipops, meringues and lollies. If there cant be a party because of Covid, at least there can be an amazing cake!

Vanilla with pink/gold and red/yellow decorations. ( and I forgot to take a photo!) More cupcakes on Sunday for an Avengers birthday - vanilla/choc marble cake with chocolate buttercream, chocolate drizzle, chocolate shavings and edible Avengers toppers.
