25.01.2022 Why you will need regular eyelash extension Infills ... Eyelashes are like all other hairs. They have a growth cycle. There are 3 stages of hair growth within each cycle. Then the cycle repeats itself. Stage 1: Anagen or Growing Stage - lots of growth activity in the hair bulb (the base of the hair follicle);... Stage 2: Catagen or Transition Stage - activity in the hair bulb slows down and the hair bulb moves upwards towards the skin; Stage 3: Telogen or Resting Phase - activity has stopped in the hair bulb. A new hair grows underneath and pushes the Telogen hair out until it is shed. The Telogen hairs that have eyelash extensions applied will be shed as part of the hair growth cycle. This can make the appearance of your lashes look ‘uneven’. Also, extensions applied to your lashes will grow with the eyelash to which they are attached. To maintain a full even luscious lash look, it is necessary to have eyelash extension Infills every 2-3 weeks. Infills are not as expensive as the initial full eyelash extension set.
