There is substantial evidence of the social, physical and mental harm that can flow from the traditional view of what it means to be a man in Australia. Christopher Charalambous, Mike Steell and James Cordner speak candidly about their decision to take parental leave, how it has impacted relationships in their lives and how they have broken the stereotype.
