21.01.2022 Welcome Back Tom Fenton New Cloud Services Manager! We are delighted to announce that Tom Fenton has returned to MAGIQ Software in the role of Cloud Services Manager. For the past 4 years Tom has been working as a DevOps Manager at The Media Suite in Christchurch designing and building Cloud apps to solve complex business problems for private businesses and progressive public sector organisations including Christchurch City Council, Marlborough City Council and Auckland Tra...nsport. Prior to this, Tom worked for MAGIQ Software for almost 19 years in consulting and development roles. In his new role as Cloud Services Manager Tom will use his AWS skills and deep product knowledge to drive continuous improvements in the MAGIQ Cloud Platform, including application development, coding and deployment. Having stepped away from MAGIQ Software for a few years, I notice that the strategy and vision has changed remarkably and there’s a real positive energy in the organisation. I look forward to developing best practices in Cloud technologies, improving deployment timings and providing cost optimisations for our customers, said Tom. In his spare time, Tom enjoys spending time with his family, swimming in a nearby pool or ocean, and listening to his record collection.
