25.01.2022 Another year coming to a close quickly. We would like to thank all of our Customers, Staff and Suppliers for helping us make this year so great. We will be closing down between Today (20th of December) through to Monday 6th of January. Hope everyone has a joyful and festive Holiday period.

23.01.2022 With the current situation, we here at Mansfield Smash Repairs would just like to help our customers get through this period. However, we are experiencing some delays with our supply chains and with 3rd party service providers. This may lead to delays with vehicle repairs. In line with this we have implented a few things to ensure that we do our part to keep our staff and our customers as healthy as possible. These steps include: - We will no longer accept cash payments in or...der to reduce risks. Payment can be made via EFTPOS, Credit Card or EFT - Additional hygiene protocols as per Government guidelines including covering and disinfecting contact areas of customer vehicles upon arrival and prior to collection. - Allowing customers to have no contact vehicle drop off and pick up. We have a key drop box on the right hand side of the office door (above head height) or a key tray just inside the office. We are also ceasing non-insurance work quotations in the interim. All these measures implemented will help to minimise contact with the public where possible, and hopefully ensure that we can service our current customers for as long as we are able. Please watch this page for further updates and changes.

22.01.2022 Mansfield Smash Repairs is still open for business, we have taken drastic measures to make sure that our workshop, office and cars are clean and sanitised regularly. If you are needing assistance in making an insurance claim or you just need that nasty scratch fixed, come in and see Jason, Jesse and Stephen for a quote. 21.01.2022 We have been hearing that many people are worried that if they drive their vehicle to a panel shop you will get a fine by the police. That is NOT correct. Panel Shops are deemed to be an essential business by government legislation, meaning that you CAN bring your vehicle in for a quote anytime and you will NOT be breaking the isolation rules in these terrible times. On a positive note, we here at Mansfield Smash Repairs have taken MAJOR steps to make sure your car is saniti...sed before work commences, and once again when it is handed over to you once completed. Our office is being sanitised 4 times daily with surfaces disinfected after each and every customer leaves, and we have provisions for no contact engagements. So if this is currently stopping you from getting a quote whether it be insurance or private work, dont worry because your health matters to us, and so does repairing your vehicle back to its former glory.
