24.01.2022 This 4 link clip, running Moly 4 link, wishbone locator and 40 spline Strange floater is going into a Toyota Landcruiser tray for Chris Hawkins in Mackay. Customer will be using his coil overs.

22.01.2022 UNPRECEDENTED DEMAND IS DELAYING DELIVERIES A few months ago, with the COVID-19 pandemic looming, we were unsure about our future. We were prepared for the worst: A drop in sales, a scaling back of our production output, or even a "hibernation" of our business. ... Instead, something we could never have foreseen occurred - you rallied behind us, and kept purchasing the McDonald Bros Racing and Viking product range. The support you have shown has not only kept us in business, it has in fact meant that current demand for our products has outpaced our ability to supply. Unfortunately this means, for a short time, there will be some delays on certain products. We apologise for this, but promise we will rise to this challenge. We thank you for your continued support, and ask for your patience while we work through the demand.

22.01.2022 We don't often do Borg Warner diffs. Had a customer that required this Nissan RB31 diff to have our LH-X Torana bracket set welded to it. Configuration worked out well with not a lot of weld on the cast centre section. To supply the brackets and weld them onto your diff is $600.00.

21.01.2022 Customer has a healthy LS motor to install, we were asked to install a mid chassis, tri 4 link, coil over, 9" conversion with mini tubs. As well as install a moly roll cage with a removeable front section.

17.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE Yesterday Premier Andrews made an announcement that people living in metropolitan Melbourne and Mitchell shire will be required to wear a mandatory face mask when leaving home due to a concerning number of corona-virus cases in recent days. Because of this we are also stopping external walk in visitors from coming to our store/workshop in a further step to protect our workers at this time. If you do require to attend the store it will be by appointment only and face mask must be worn. We are fully committed to keeping all our workers safe and thank you for your ongoing support during these challenging times.

16.01.2022 Barry requested the rear suspension to be upgraded, we installed new tubs, Gazzard bros single leaf spring and track rods, Viking Crusader double adjustable shocks, anti roll bar, Wilwood brakes. Will be interesting to see the results.

15.01.2022 XY Falcon came into the workshop for mini tubs and tri 4 link kit full floater 9" diff to be installed. A common asked question is does the fuel tank have to be relocated. As can be seen in the pics no it doesn't.

15.01.2022 We have now cloned our Monaro in black. Installed a full floating 9" our race moly 4 link kit with Viking Crusader coil overs. Tube front cross member with the Viking Crusader front struts and 335 mm 6 piston caliper front brakes. Full race moly roll cage and Kirky alloy seats.

15.01.2022 We have now completed our part of the construction. Off to have the turbo's set up.

12.01.2022 We wish to advise our customers that McDonald Bros Racing is still operating at 100% and will not be laying off employees, we will continue to support our staff & customers as best we can and we will continue to supply. We are a family owned business and have been operating for 50 years and we will continue to supply our product range in this trying time.

12.01.2022 We have a stand P032 in the Performance Garage Grand Pavilion at MotorEx this coming weekend 11-12th. Come and say hi to us on the stand. Also in attendance on our stand will be Mike Proulx representing Viking Performance. He will be holding a seminar during the weekend, at this time not sure of the time schedule. 12.01.2022 We have been making this kit for quite some time, haven't had the opportunity to post any pics of it though. This chassis is for a "69 C10 Chev. The clearance between the top of the diff to the chassis is 75 mm. These kits are available for most Ford F Trucks as well as many Chev applications. As a complete kit including the Viking coil overs and Panhard bar is $1995.00

11.01.2022 HQ Monaro has been set up with mini tubs, braced 9" housing, adjustable upper and lower trailing arms, Viking coil over shocks and an anti roll bar.

10.01.2022 Another very satisfied customer, achieving his best times so far. Car was raced at the Holden Nationals Heathcote Raceway. It Ran 9.76 @ 141.8 MPH. It has a Full built RB30 Turbo motor with a GTX 3582 Gen 2 Turbo and Powerglide Auto. ... Car was scaled at 1575kg prior to the event. It also features a Mcdonald Bros Racing rear end that was all installed by the team at McDonald Bros Racing which includes: 1. Mini tubs with 325/50/15 Radial Tyres. 2. 9 inch 35 spline Diff 3.
