19.01.2022 The vegetables are starting to look a lot better. Our first spinach, rocket and a few other vegetables were impacted by to much water during flooding. Things are starting to look a lot better and growing well currently then the cold weather will come and sweeten some of the vegetables.

18.01.2022 Eating locally can be beneficial to both the environment and your health, and in putting your dollars into supporting the local community and farmers directly.

12.01.2022 Tomorrow 1/12/19 12 to 1:00 PM we will be selling some of our vegetables at Blackheath community Farm. We are not sure until tomorrow morning what we will have as we have a massive grasshopper problem. They are eating almost everything but we have some things protected for now. Due to the grasshopper and drought we will most likely only have vegetables for a few more weeks then we will start growing again when we feel conditions have improved to start growing again.

11.01.2022 The Biggest Little Farm is a fantastic, entertaining and very important movie that shows that we can farm more sustainable. Fantastic film of animals, plants and bugs that all ages can enjoy. The owls and what they do is fantastic on this farm along with many other animals. Education, uplifting and enjoyable all at the same time.... It is great how it shows the good and the bad and how everything has a purpose. Very inspiring to see that the old ways of farming with a touch of the modern day world can create farming in harmony. Producing food and a home for all living things including income and profit for farm. All this without destroying the land and wildlife with the extra of increasing life to land and surrounding land. Not just a movie or documentary but uplifting proof that we can farm better, rehydrate and repair the land. Hard work and big investment that pays off years later when life on the farm reaches a balance. I highly recommend people get to there local cinemas and enjoy watching this. At a time when the world needs this to happen around the world on a large scale in the near future. Much of what was achieved was done in a very bad drought bringing more hope. This helps to give us a long term vision for our farm in the Megalong Valley. http://www.biggestlittlefarmmovie.com/videos/
