The inner-city Melbourne rental market (0-4km) has risen in vacancy by .7% to 6% over the last month. And the 4-10km radius has gone from 4.5% to 5.3%. Since the lock down in August where the vacancy rates were 3.7% & 4% the stats show the CBD vacancy rate rising higher than the inner suburbs. This is certainly what we are seeing across our landlord’s properties also.
