08.01.2022 Admitting this was challenging for me Being someone who has always been a logical thinker, giving myself the space to recognise and feel the feelings I want was initially awkward. Surely business is solely about numbers and thinking logically... well that’s what I thought. Once I realised that feeling and emotion is what actually drives our actions... it was a game changer.
