20.01.2022 Make breakfast fun on the weekends with MILO Toast; a delicious twist on the classic French Toast recipe! Use wholemeal bread to boost the fibre content and serve with fresh fruit to provide vitamin C. Serves: 4 Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 10 minutes... Ingredients: 2 eggs 3/4 cup reduced fat milk 1/4 cup NESTLÉ MILO 8 slices wholemeal bread Method: 1. Combine eggs, milk and MILO, beat well. 2. Heat fry pan, lightly grease. Dip bread into egg mixture and place in frypan, cook each side until golden. 3. Serve hot with fresh, diced fruit i.e. strawberries, banana, blueberries.

18.01.2022 These tasty MILO Bliss Balls are a great snack to have on hand at home or when out and about. A serve of 2 MILO Bliss Balls provides 8 grams of protein and a source of fibre. Makes: 25 bliss balls Preparation time: 20 minutes... Ingredients: 1 cup (175g) hazelnuts 1 cup (140g) MILO 10 (230g) pitted fresh medjool dates 3/4 cup (200g) natural peanut butter, no added salt or sugar 3-4 tbsp hot water cup (20g) desiccated coconut (for rolling) cup (35g) MILO (for rolling) Method: 1. Place hazelnuts in a food processor and process until fine crumbs form. Add MILO and process to combine. 2. Add dates and peanut butter, process until combined. Add enough water to bring the mixture together. 3. Using wet hands; roll heaped tablespoons of mixture into balls. 4. Roll half the Bliss balls in coconut and half the Bliss balls in MILO.

Serves 2 Preparation time: 5 minutes ... Ingredients: 1 cup reduced fat milk 0.5 cup natural yoghurt 1/3 cup (40g) MILO 1 medium banana, chopped Method: 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth, thick and creamy. 2. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.

Ingredients: 200ml skim or reduced fat milk cup UNCLE TOBYS Traditional Oats 3 heaped teaspoons (20g) Nestle MILO 1 medium banana, chopped cup crushed ice Method: 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth, thick and creamy. 2. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately. TIP: Place the banana in the freezer overnight and it will chill down the smoothie without having to add ice.

12.01.2022 Paired with UNCLE TOBYS oats, this MILO muesli slice is a great afternoon snack to fuel your activity or sport. The goodness of oats, nuts and dried fruit means this slice provides a source of fibre and 8g protein per serve. Makes: 16 bars Preparation time: 20 minutes Cooking time: 25 30 minutes... Ingredients: 1 cup (90g) UNCLE TOBYS Traditional Oats 1 cup (115g) MILO 1 cup (35g) puffed rice cereal cup (40g) moist coconut flakes 1 cup (130g) dried cranberries 1 cup (160g) almonds 2/3 cup (135g) pepitas cup (150mL) golden syrup cup (150g) almond butter spread, no added salt, no added sugar 150g margarine Method: 1. Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan forced. Grease and line a 30cm x 20cm lamington pan. 2. In a large bowl, combine UNCLE TOBYS Traditional Oats, MILO, puffed rice cereal, coconut flakes. Place cranberries, almonds and pepitas in a food processor and process for thirty seconds to a minute and add to UNCLE TOBYS Traditional Oats and MIL mixture. 3. In a small saucepan place golden syrup, almond butter and margarine. Over low-medium heat; stir and melt all ingredients together. 4. Add golden syrup mixture to dry ingredients; stir well to combine. 5. Bake 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan; slice into 16 pieces.

Ingredients: 0.5 cup UNCLE TOBYS Quick Oats 3 heaped teaspoons (20g) MILO 1 cups low fat milk Method: 1. Combine UNCLE TOBYS Quick Oats, milk and MILO in a small saucepan over high heat, bring to the boil stirring constantly, simmer 1 minute. 2. Spoon into serving bowl. Top with toasted nuts and fresh fruit.
