WA is a big place geographically, BUT no where near as populous as some of the Eastern States, so theres not THAT many schools or that many students of the right age! Probably need to do a 5? Year photo age progression to get an idea of what he would look like now! Hard to believe any school teacher wouldnt have twigged bye now that one of her students had an uncanny resemblance to missing William Tyrell? Whos in?

16.01.2022 Robert KLEM has been missing from his Bunbury WA home since the 12th of October, 1995. Since that time he has had no contact with his family or friends. Despite... extensive inquiries by Police and family and comprehensive media coverage, there has been no information regarding his whereabouts since then. Concern is held for his welfare.

07.01.2022 Hopefully he will turn up one day somewhere. Im left to wonder if an IMEI ping trace by Telstra mightnt have given a clue as to the whereabouts of his mobile phone handset? I realise the article says his mobile phone is switched off - but IMEI ping trace conducted by Telstra provides the energy for the handset to handshake back to the nearest cell tower, within the actual broadcast signal. It doesnt require the phone to be turned on, have a charged battery or indeed even a SIM card installed. It relies entirely on the signal strength & the phones hardware. If the phone handshakes back to a cell tower, Telstra technicians can give a compass bearing direction from the tower and approximate distance to begin a ground search. It might still work - even after all this time.
