23.01.2022 Another remarkable project recently completed for the Government of Joondalups purpose built offices for the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation. With an emphasis on biophillic design; highlighted on the lower floors are elements of dark earthy hues and textures, while layered earth concepts and soft light blues encapsulate the abundance of natural light on the higher floors of this building. Sustainable design elements feature throughout, using recycled fabric..., timber furniture and salvaged metal, the project was benchmarked to achieve 5 Green Stars, inline with the Governments best practice approach to sustainability. ...a focus of natural textures and biophillic design principles... A contemporary palette was selected for the open plan workstations, creating an interesting contrast from the front of house space.
