10.01.2022 - Ingredients: 1 sachet of Chocolate Complete 1/2-1 frozen banana, chopped... 3 tbsp desiccated coconut 2 medjool dates, pitted and chopped 1 tsp chia seeds 1/2 cup coconut or almond milk 1 tbsp almond butter or coconut butter 4 ice cubes raw cacao nibs and extra desiccated coconut, to serve Method: Place the Chocolate Complete Powder, banana, coconut, dates, chia seeds, milk, butter, ice cubes and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with cacao nibs and an extra sprinkle of desiccated coconut. Enjoy xoxox

02.01.2022 THIS MUMMA LOST HER MOJO........ SO WHERE HAVE I BEEN???? Some of my beautiful followers have noticed I have completely dropped off contributing to my Mojo Mmmaz Page.... So where have I been..... for those of you close to me know I am pregnant with my 3rd little girl, who we will excitedly be welcoming into the world early November I am especially excited for this little one to enter the world and get my body back!! This pregnancy has been super challenging, physically and mentally, which has completely sapped me of all energy, positivity and my normal get up and go attitude (I totally lost my mojo....) along with my creativity which I had just rediscovered...... I have really missed myself and who I usually am and I have a new found appreciation for the poor people living with chronic illness, it totally sux!! Everyday for 7 months now I have been dealing with really bad nausea that just doesn't go away, and is worsened by my Gestational Diabetes which 3rd time around I am having issues managing, the medication I'm on adds to my sickness and I am having massive highs and lows in blood sugar levels so at times during the day feel faint, shaky and down right rotten Couple all this with having my appendix out in early pregnancy and getting over that surgery and then falling over a few weeks ago and landing on my stomach/baby... which totally scared the hell out of me cause I though I had killed her...... she was fine I wasn'tnether was my ankle!!!! I feel and probably sound like such a winger which normally isn't me, but just wanted to let you all know I am ok, I have just been running on empty and surviving each day! My silver lining believe it or not has been COVID and being able to have a bit of down time.... cause this momma has needed it!!! I get massive FOMO (FEAR OF MISSING OUT) so thank god I haven't missed out on a whole heap, cause I would have forced myself to go !!! I am still working 4 days a week in my day job and running around after my 2 big girls, so just haven't had the extra time, energy or creativity to concentrate on anything else.............I am so missing it and cant wait to get back to it, so watch this space And can I just say a massive thank you to my beautiful family and friends that have been helping support me through this pregnancy you mean the absolute world to me Bring on November baby..... the count down is on!!!
