18.01.2022 Who are we? We are Momo sushi, we are the Momo family. Dear customers, we have noticed that most of you are curious about the owner and our staff. Momo sushi, who are we? Let us tell you a little bit about ourselves :) About the owner: The owner previously owned 6 successful sushi restaurants in Japan the owner and his wife however, they moved to Australia in order to provide a better life for their family as Australia has many enriching opportunities. Whilst the owner was ...living in Australia a dream grew inside of him and that dream was to open up a sushi restaurant in Australia and to make that sushi restaurant become successful to spread his love of Japanese food and show Australia what good Japanese tastes like. These photos are photos of the owner and his family and friends in Japan taken by the owner's wife. Staff: Most of the staff members are either Japanese or have lived in Japan or have Japanese experience (I personally had an uncle who ran a sushi restaurant for 12 years) so we know and love our Japanese food and are advocates for Japanese ourselves <3 all the staff members are long time friends with the owner and know the owner well. Unlike some small businesses, our jobs to us is not about making money; it is about connecting with people and enriching an emerging dream. 15.01.2022 Dear customers, please speak to the staff if you have any allergies, are intolerant to certain foods or have certain food preferences (e.g. vegetarian) as it has come to our attention that some of you may not know what to order in relation to your allergies/intolerances/preferences. Please talk to our staff so that we can help you decide what to order, we wouldn't want our customers hungry! *Gluten free soy is available *Gyoza, spring rolls, certain sushis and certain salads are vegetarian friendly *All fried dishes include egg (so please avoid fried dishes if you can not eat eggs!)
