She has danced with the worlds greatest dancers and Im privileged to have this opportunity. Im going to enjoy spending time with her each week to paint this portrait. #art #artists #artworks

21.01.2022 Nothing is more important right now than your ability to line up with Health, Happiness and Peace. Every yoga class focuses on deep breaths to support your ali...gnment. Here's a little breakdown of the chemicals you want to facilitate in your mind and body. Serotonin; the mood stabiliser, is taken care of by meditating, running, walks in nature, and sun exposure... Dopamine; the reward chemical, is nurtured by completing a task, self care, eating food, celebrating little wins... Oxytocin; the love hormone, connecting with your loved one, playing with a pet, holding hands, hugging, giving compliments... Endorphins, the pain killer, laughter, dark chocolate, exercise, essential oils, watch a comedy... Do one of these things each day from each group and watch your happiness, peace and joy soar.

17.01.2022 Sketching with charcoal onto canvas. Once I feel it’s ‘right’ I hair spray the charcoal onto the canvas so I can paint over it without the charcoal melting into my paint. It also means I can scrape paint back when I go off on a tangent and see the original drawing. #lifedrawing #lifepainting #figurativepainting
