The club has withheld membership fees due to COVID-19 restrictions but the costs to run the club still roll in...so donating your time certainly supports your club to help maintain our club....

19.01.2022 Premier Daniel Andrews has just announced the following regarding restrictions: From 11.59pm tonight All mask rules remain in place. 25km limit goes, regional border comes down. Overnight accommodation will reopen at households.... Hospitality will increase to 40 inside and 70 outside Faith gatherings will increase to 50 outdoors and 20 people inside. Funerals up to 20 people indoors and 50 people outdoors. Care facility visits one household per day for 2 hours. Workforce caps on meat, poultry and seafood industries go. Gyms and physical recreation 20 people per venue, 10 people per space. Indoor Pools and skateparks, libraries, cinemas, 20 people per venue. Casinos/gaming, 10 people per room. If you can work from home you must work from home. Public gatherings are 10 people outdoors maximum. Weddings are still at a 10 person limit for indoor or outdoor. More to come... From 11.59pm tonight, travel between metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria will be allowed. It means the rules that are currently in place for regional Victoria will apply to the entire state. Time limits on partners visiting maternity wards will go, but individual wards may have their own rules in place Face masks will still be compulsory and there is no date set for this to change. 18.01.2022 This weekend MPB Inc was scheduled to host our September 2 day 3DAAA shoot. However with COVID-19 and Stage 4 restrictions still remain in place which has stopped any club tournaments. Lets hope with the Victorian roadmap out of Stage 4 restrictions we can have a club event soon. Remember to stay safe and stay well....

17.01.2022 Over the past 2 weekends Neil, Trudy, Brian & Pete have been starting some ground maintenance and fire and hazard reduction including-mowing the club grounds and field courses. Even though we are still in Stage 4 lockdown ground maintenance still needs to be done. If you have a few hours to spare over the next few weekends please let Neil know......

17.01.2022 COVID -19 update Further details from DHHS regarding community sporting clubs. What does this mean for your club or activity?... Indoor sports centres including gyms, training facilities and pools will be closed Community sport training and competition cannot occur within the Melbourne metropolitan area or the Shire of Mitchell. If you live in this area you cannot participate in community sport elsewhere. Outdoor sport facilities will be closed, except for facilities where people can exercise with no more than one other person or members of your household while maintaining 1.5 metres distance. Equipment should not be shared, and communal facilities cannot open. Personal training outdoors can occur but with a limit of two participants plus the instructor. Clubs with restricted licenses must close. 07.01.2022 Are outdoor sport facilities closed? From 11:59pm, 8 July in metropolitan Melbourne and Mitchell Shire, some outdoor sport facilities will be closed. Outdoor sport facilities can open if people can exercise outside, equipment is not shared or rented, no indoor facilities or shared facilities (except toilets) are used, and people must be able to keep 1.5 metres distance between each other. ... Where outdoor facilities can open, these facilities must have a patron cap of 10, unless each group of two can maintain 100 meters distance from all other people. Examples of outdoor facilities which may be able to open under these requirements include golf courses, footy ovals, tennis courts, or outdoor shooting ranges.
