22.01.2022 Do not miss our Zumba Xmas class tonight! Due to changes being made, tonight will be the last class for 2014 so make sure come along.

21.01.2022 I regret to have to say that the return of Zumba will have to be delayed by a few weeks. Over the break my equipment has stopped working and now I have found it is not fixable so will need to purchase a new system. As I will need to shop around and rally up the money we will start classes back up on Thursday 5th February. If by some miracle I get one early I will let you all know. Thanks for being patient and as a reward your welcome back class is FREE xx

19.01.2022 Happy New Year and I hope you all had a wonderful Xmas. Thursday night Zumba classes will now be resuming on the 15th January. That gives you plenty of time to get back in to the swing of things at work and be ready to resume classes next week. Hope to see you then :-)

12.01.2022 Hi ladies, the decision has been made that there will be no more Wednesday night Bokwa class for the remainder of 2014 including tonight. Zumba classes on Thursdays will contiue as normal and our last class for 2014 will be on December 18th. Information regarding 2015 classes will come at a later date. Thank you and see you Thursday.
