Check out what one of our adult tappers thought of their first year of dancing As a mum who encourages her daughter to try new things, I took a leaf out of my own book. Seeing the Adult Tap in the 2018 Concert I just had to give it a go. After a few weeks I thought I’d be a pro, it is harder than it looks but it’s so rewarding to stand up on that stage and do it! I never believed one of the other tappers when she would say the stage i...s addictive, I seriously can’t wait to get back into the studio to learn 2020’s concert routine. 17.01.2022 We are beyond excited to introduce you to the newest member of the MTI family, Miss Dallas Dallas Ringshaw is a Perth born and bred dancer since beginning her training at six years old under Gangemi Dance and Entertainment. Through her life she has constantly trained in various styles from both a studio setting to urban open classes. She has the foundation of a jazz/commercial jazz, lyrical and ballet dancer combined with her later years of hip hop and urban choreography fr...om her early 20's. She loved this scene and gained valuable insight and experience the life of some of our top"Street" hip hop crews and their dance events. Dallas has had amazing opportunities in the past such as training at Summer Jam Dance Camp in Singapore with some of the world's best urban choreographers; taking class from a Hip Hop OG Buddah Stretch; and being invited as a wildcard choreographer to Melbourne for Battle of the Arts with a team of mixed Perth dancers. Growing up in the studio world, Dallas has always competed in regional and national competitions and completed the modern jazz syllabus by the age of 17 whilst training at All Star Dance and Performance Centre. But her interest and focus became more hip hop orientated with a drive for its knowledge and culture, now at 27 she is enjoying passing on what she's learnt and to continue to grow herself as a dancer, teacher and educator. We are super excited to have Dallas join our team and can not wait to see her use her knowledge to build upon our Hip Hop program. 13.01.2022 We are so excited to introduce you to the newest member of the MTI teaching staff Miss Aleisha! Aleisha is one of our senior students and has been with us for 3 years. She began dancing at a young age, and instantly fell in love. Aleisha danced in many genres including Jazz, Tap, Ballet and Acrobatics. In her younger years she completed various CSTD dance examinations and still to this day competes in competitions in both solos and groups. During her year 11 & 12 studies she... took a break from outer school dance training and completed her certificate 2 in dance. Aleisha is now in her final year of study completing her teaching degree at Murdoch Uni. When she came to Move to Inspire she fell in love with the warm and welcoming atmosphere and has danced with us ever since. We are so excited to have Aleisha as part of the team and we look forward to seeing what she brings to our jazz classes

07.01.2022 We are super excited to introduce you to the newest member of the MTI team, Miss Kylie Kylie commenced her dance training at a young age. She attended a local dance school, in Perth, W.A, where she trained in acrobats, ballet, jazz and tap; gaining experience through exams, competitions and professional work. After high school, Kylie completed her Theatrical Teaching Diploma with the Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dance (CSTD) and began her Education studies at Notre D...ame. Upon finishing university, she lived in London and Auckland where she taught in a variety of schools and studios. During this time, Kylie had invaluable dance, teaching and life experiences. Since returning to Perth she has felt a strong desire to join a studio, so she can pass on her love and passion for dance. Kylie is currently completing her Acrobatic Arts Modules and looks forward to starting classes at Move to Inspire in 2021. Miss Kylie will be taking over from Miss Elvira who is embarking on a new career journey, but don’t worry we will still be seeing her around the studio for relief!
