24.01.2022 Handy tips to stop the spread of germs and viruses. Ensure you Cover your mouth and nose every time you cough or sneeze. Use a disposable tissue to cover your mouth or nose if possible. If a cough or sneeze sneaks up on you and no tissue is available, cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve. This prevents your hands becoming contaminated with cold or flu viruses. Always remember to dispose of your tissue and wash your clothing if you have sneezed into your Upper sleeve. Protect yourself and your family!

17.01.2022 Dear all, Stage 4 restrictions are here and for some of us that might be a daunting, or even a scary thought. I heard from a colleague in New Zealand about how our cousins over there got through stage 4 restrictions. Each family formed an imaginary bubble around themselves and became committed to do all it takes to protect that bubble, as if even one member of your own bubble gets sick, it could go through the whole family. It makes it easier to follow these tough restrictions when we know it is to protect our loved ones. We are here for you and WE WILL GET THROUGH THIS TOGETHER.
