15.01.2022 Meeting 699 this week - wow hitting 700 next week!!!! Heard some great tips on speech structure from Alan this week the Golden Rule: "Know your message" and then let that inform your structure and content. Then the classic "Tell 'em what you're going to tell 'em, tell 'em, tell 'em what you just told 'em."

This is where the pathway that policing thought and conversations which people find offensive leads.
