This disease is carried by Brown Dog Ticks, infects dogs & can have significant impacts of the health of dogs & potentially humans. This resource outlines how Ehrlichiosis is transmitted, the signs of sickness that it causes and provides advice on treating and managing this disease. The animation is relevant for all ages.

15.01.2022 #Reconcilliation week is wrapping up but AMRRIC's commitment to genuine and empowering partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples continues... no matter the date. One such recent partnership was our collaboration with rangers Tye and Floyd from Nindilingarri Cultural Health Services Environmental Health Program at the Halls Creek Veterinary Blitz. Tye and Floyd, pictured here along with Shire of Halls Creek ranger Emily, performed a vital role liaising with local community members, promoting desexing of their animals and transporting animals to and from the pop-up veterinary clinic. With their skills and knowledge in animal handling and their passion for their work, Tye and Floyd were integral to the success of the desexing blitz. Keen to hear more about the Halls Creek Blitz? Stay tuned for an update this weekend! #workingtogether #NRW2021 #MoreThanAWord
