25.01.2022 Today this GINORMOUS bouquet arrived on my doorstep from two of the most caring and genuine people I have had the pleasure of knowing through my business. Marguerite Picard & Tricia Peters from MELCA - A Healthy Divorce (check them out pls, pioneers in collaborative divorce and separation). A note to say ‘thank you for the hard work you have been putting in’. Simple gestures go a long way and this has let me remember that just because we aren’t seeing each other as much as we... used to, we are not forgotten. Lately, I have come to realise how much I miss the human connection with clients. A pop-in to an office, a strategy lunch, a breakfast catch up, after-work drink and even seeing a familiar face at a networking event. It can feel like we’re sinking during Stage 4. Hard to keep up with life/work/family/health/whatever else is being flung your way. Having no reset at the minute is a BIG deal! I am looking forward to the day when I can properly connect back with my clients and colleagues which I enjoy so much, miss you all! Zoom and Slack just don’t cut it. If you can too can take the time to make someone feel as appreciated and cared for as I have felt today, I’d encourage you to do it.

23.01.2022 I hope you have survived and thrived this year. 2020 is not a year any of us will be forgetting anytime soon. 22.01.2022 Recent work: Some simply designed and informative downloadable worksheets for divorce pioneers at MELCA - Divorce with a Difference This was a new initiative from MELCA that started during Covid-19 to help combat the isolation and desperation couples or separated couples were facing. My role in the campaign was to design the worksheets and design/create the landing page on the website where the worksheets are downloaded. The key to good design here is seamless formatting and a workable space for users to properly complete the worksheet.

15.01.2022 Pivot. It’s the buzzword of Covid-19 for businesses. The last 3 months I’ve been helping clients around the clock take their business in whatever direction they’ve been thrust and made sure they’ve stayed relevant and in contact with their customers. One example is Bespoke Bathrooms. We’ve completed a new website, upped their social media game with branded content for FB and Instagram and created a series of Covid-19 specific messages to help with customer confidence.
