07.01.2022 A great video on sustainable fishing in Australia. Turns out as a country we are doing rather well in terms of our practices (there are still some cowboys in roadside vans selling illegal catches that you don't want to touch!!). Noosa Seafood Market always adapts to what fish are in good stock, and where there are not enough, we leave them to regenerate.
