25.01.2022 PROTEIN GRANOLA INGREDIENTS 1/3 cup Sarahs Day’s cookie dough protein powder 2 1/2 cups GF oats... 1/2 cup organic shredded coconut 2/3 cup organic mixed dried fruit 1/3 cup crushed walnuts 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup rice malt syrup 2TBS melted coconut oil METHOD Combine in a bowl Spread on tray over baking paper Bake at 180 for 8-10 mins or until golden brown Wait for it to cool and break into chunks Enjoy!!!

Over the next few days I’m going to be sharing my top tips for staying on top of meal prepping! TIP 1: when making snacks - double the recipe and freeze! Most snack items like bliss balls and muffins last for 3 months in the freezer so if you have room, doubling the recipe saves so much time!

08.01.2022 Since my last post about meal prep, i've had so many of you ask what it involves! So I thought i'd expand on it! At the moment my meal prep pack includes lunch and a snack for $10. There are a few options to choose from, so don't worry its customer to your taste buds! Lunch options include:... - Honey and soy chicken drumsticks with fried rice - Spaghetti bolognese - packed with veggies!! - curried sausages, mash and greens - teriyaki chicken/beef bowl with rice and kewpie mayo - beef stroganoff with mash and greens (or pasta if preferred) These meals come in a sealed container and can be easily frozen as well! Snack options include: - banana bread (1 slice) - raspberry and coconut muffin x 1 - chocolate protein balls x 2 - savoury muffin - yoghurt, granola and berries - gingerbread cookies x 2 You can pick 1 of each of these options for only $10 each! If you have dietary requirements, each meal can be altered for an additional $3 per meal set. If you have meals that you would like cooked instead, this can be done at an additional cost per meal set :)
