25.01.2022 A beautiful duet from Bach's St Matthew Passion performed by sublime soloists, Penelope Mills and Sally-Anne Russell, followed by the tremendous chorus 'Have lightnings and thunders forgotten their fury' ('Sind Blitze, sind Donner in Wolken verschwunden'). Conducted by David Hill, NYCA performed as the two central choirs in Bach's great masterpiece St Matthew Passion, as part of the SydneyinSpires Festival last year. 05.01.2022 Brianna Louwen - Soprano | NYCA Vocal Coach Throughout the 2021 NYCA season, NYCA members will have the opportunity to work with our vocal coach, Brianna Louwen. Brianna is a Soprano based in Perth, holding a Masters in Music: Solo Voice Ensemble Singing with Distinction from the University of York, where she studied under Robert Hollingworth from the famed I Fagiolini. Currently a Young Artist with West Australian Opera, Brianna also sings with St George's Cathedral Choir a...nd Consort as well as The Giovanni Consort. Brianna is also a Teaching Artist with the West Australian Symphony Orchestra and the Vocal Specialist at St George's College (UWA). Register for an audition now at www.nyca.org.au

Warren is currently the Director of Music at St James' Church, King St and the Chorus Master of the Melbourne Symphony Chorus.
