Our intent is to reduce the number of apartments provide the local community with commercially orientated services.... This means a small number of shops and restaurants that Palmerston residents have been missing out on for years. The cornerstone of the development is an architecturally designed 2 level building that provides cool all day shade and water features. This development will become a convenient destination for friends and family from all over Palmerston to meet, eat and enjoy. Let Us Know What YOU Want This proposal is in your hands!
