25.01.2022 Dont forget the Paluma Push Social Rides are on this weekend. We have been getting work done on the Paluma Push course and are looking forward to this years event on 11th October. Spots are filling up and we have limited numbers this year

03.01.2022 Another weekend and another adventure. Hidden Valley Retreat. Over the next 2 days this bunch of lovely ladies will enjoy an early morning yoga, running river gorge tour, mountain biking and all while eating some amazing food and finding some time to relax!
