A: Unfortunately we can only accept reports using the Parking Mobility App. We are unable to accept photo uploads of pictures not taken within the App. ... When taking the photos in the App we are also collecting all data necessary for a report and ensuring that photos cannot be altered, thus preserving the chain of evidence, a requirement of our law enforcement and judicial partners.

01.01.2022 Volunteers wanted! As part of our support program for drivers who need accessible parking, we're working closely with Parking Mobility Inc (USA) to map Accessible Parking Bays right around Australia. This way, when Parking Mobility mobile app users need to find accessible parking wherever they are they only need to open the app to be shown all listed APBs in their vicinity (using Google Maps).... Heres what I see when I go to my nearest shopping centre, The Pines, Doncaster East, VIC. In the first screen capture (left) I'm shown all APBs at the centre (note: I did this from home, so pins are not 100% accurate because I've overridden my phone's GPS locator, but it's within a few millimetres). In the second screen capture (right) I've tapped the pin at the bottom of the map and I can now see the number of APBs at that location and any applicable parking fees (in this case, it's free). We need volunteers all over Australia to help us map every city and town and its Accessible Parking Bays and their locations.
