06.01.2022 Hi guys!!!! Just want to say thanks to all my past and future clients. You guys are all amazing and it's such an honour to have been / to be a part of your big day. You've helped me ( a stay at home mum/ wife) follow my dreams and it's been amazing.... I just want to say I won't be taking any more clients on this year as I'm now fully booked, with 10 weddings this year, and one or two more in talks as possibilities. As I am sure you can appreciate, I only take around 10 weddings year as I like to make sure I have plenty of time for my family, but also because wedding pictures are taken over one day, but take many days to edit, so even though I may have 10 weddings that's months of work for me. I do have a couple of weddings booked for next year already, so if you're reading this and haven't booked your date next year, now is the time. So much love for you all Rowena

01.01.2022 Covid-19 update. This is so strange to post, to think that this virus could demand so much attention, but as Australia is poised for what could become a serious issue, I feel the need to let my stand on it all be known. As a wedding photographer, I am fully committed to honour your bookings. But there are some cautions I ask you to take.... Firstly, if you are any of your guests are at risk of having, or have been diagnosed as having Covid-19, then I ask you to please consider asking the guest not to attend or to attend wearing a mask. If you have it, and it happens to overlap with your wedding booking, I would ask that you would consider rescheduling your big day. For many people it will be nothing more then a bad cold or flu, but unfortunately some people who you may think look healthy and young, have immunity issues and getting Covid-19 could be life threatening. I myself do not have the best immune system, after having a surgery which in part, impugnes my ability to absorb certain vitamins etc, so I can catch viruses very easily if I'm not careful. I practice hand washing stringently, but that won't help me if someone is close to me and coughing and not practicing the same hand washing routines. If you are required to reschedule I will make sure that I work with you to find the best available day for you. The only way we can stop this virus from spreading (deadly or not) is by stop acting as if it's all about us. Yes, it may not be deadly to you, but for others it very much is. I have a family, a husband and two young children, and I am doing my upmost to protect us, and I'd appreciate any help you can give to make sure I can continue doing that. Secondly, for the short forseeable future I will not be hugging, shaking hands or making any physical contact. Again this so to reduce the risk to myself and my family, but also to help me not contact it, so that I can continue to keep up with my bookings, which I won't be able to do if I'm in isolation. I truely appreciate all your love and support at this time, and I'm sending it right back to you. Looking forward to being able to capture those special moments for all of you. Love Rowena x
