23.01.2022 To find a gym that feels comfortable & accepting, takes your goals seriously, is fun & pushes you to your limit can be hard to find.. but we think we might have... found the secret formula. . The people at F45 Menai are some of the best people I’ve met, and can now and I can honestly say it’s one of my favourite places to be around and be able to train in. It’s the environment, the community’s that’s been created & the people within it. . This post isn’t a shout out, it’s a genuine ‘thank you’ to everyone inside those doors at F45. If anyone is looking for something different - you’ll find it at F45 Menai. See more
