20.01.2022 Why do we add an engine flush to an engine prior to doing a service? Engine flush can help loosen deposits and dissolves sludge, returning your engine to a better/newer condition. If you have a dirty glass in the sink and run water in it to try cleaning it out, there is a high chance that it will not be cleaned properly. But if you add some detergent, then you will see a better result. ... Now, it's a similar principle when it comes to servicing your vehicle. An engine flush basically acts as a detergent, removing the old oil completely out. This will allow the fresh oil to be able to do it's job properly, last longer and not contaminate itself with the old oil. Repost @jforceautos
