06.01.2022 Jesmac and the Covid -19 fight! The current situation that we are all faced with regarding COVID-19 is unprecedented and continually evolving. What are Jesmac doing in these uncertain times? The Jesmac team have been heads down doing what we do best which is continuing to build quality pergolas, carports, outdoor blinds, decks and beautiful outdoor entertaining areas. ... Currently our doors and books remain open. As we are all aware this is a very fluid situation where things are changing quickly and we are taking things day by day which is all we can do. We are taking a business as usual approach as much as we can and are committed to continuing to provide you the very best service that you expect from us. We are continually engaging with our suppliers and are pleased to report that so far they are continuing to support us exceptionally well with minimal to no service / supply impact. All our suppliers have put into action their contingency plans inline with the Federal Government directives on safe work practices and hygiene. However, we are not complacent and taking anything for granted. We respectfully ask that we all continue to work through this together. Should the situation change please keep up to date via our social media platforms. Now is not a time to panic. Equally, there are some sensible precautions to be taken. It is imperative that we put in place practical and simple Social Distancing and Hygiene measures, that aim to protect you, our staff and ultimately our combined businesses and families. The following Social Distancing and Hygiene measures are also aligned with State and Federal Government and Safe Work instructions 1) Maintaining 1.5 m distance 2) No hand shaking 3) Client to open all doors prior to sub contractor arrival and don’t touch kitchen benches, vanities or flat services. 4) Coughing or sneezing into a tissue (and disposing of that safely), or into elbow 5) Frequently washing hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. 6) Using alcohol-based hand sanitizers where available. 7) Avoiding touching the mouth, nose or eyes. 8) Avoiding contact with those who exhibit symptoms or who may have been exposed, and self-isolate if symptoms develop or on exposure to any of the afore mentioned, and in compliance with any Government mandate 9) Preferred payment is EFT - We will of course accept credit card 10) Toilets and kitchen facilities are now unavailable for use 11) Where possible all orders are placed by email, text or phone.
