Hope and the ambition to continue improving, both in the world of sports and elsewhere. Can you share some of your training tips to perform better? Keep at it steadily, day in day out, in spite of the fact that your body obviously wont always respond the same way. You shouldnt always go by the results listen to your body. Also, good physical preparation and optimum muscle tone mean that I can train and compete regularly, without injuries. My favourite programmes after hard training sessions are decontracture and reviving massage. Ive also been able to cope with minor problems using the endorphinic programme and modulated TENS. On the other hand, I top up my gym work with two or three sessions a week of resistance/explosive strength, depending on my objective. What is your ultimate goal in your career? I try to forge ahead steadily without obsessing about the future. Being in London will be a great experience for me in itself, and I hope itll help me do more and better in the coming years. 07.01.2022 Currently tuning the fit on this athletes cockpit to be ready for IRONMAN Asia Pacific New Zealand in a few months time. We are looking to increase back angle by about 2degrees to maximise #Run speed off the #Bike. It's small adjustments like this which produce results. This athlete is Kona IRONMAN bound.
