17.01.2022 SERVICES Indoor Services Wall repairs - holes, cracks, gaps etc... Painting - feature walls or whole room Removal and replacement of deteriorated silicone in showers/bathrooms Removal and replacement of deteriorated grout in showers/bathrooms Installation of towel racks, toilet roll holders, shelving etc Hanging of pictures, frames etc Replacement of fly screens on doors and windows (dependent upon security and installation method) Outdoor Services Garden maintenance - mowing, edging, hedge trimming etc of small to medium sized gardens Painting of downpipes to protect against UV damage Pressure washing and cleaning of outdoor areas What We Cannot Do.... Due to licensing requirements, we are unable to take on work that exceeds $3300 in value. We are also unable to undertake any works that require an occupational license, such as plumbing, electrical, fire and pest control - you will need to follow up these concerns with a fully qualified Trades Person holding the correct license. If you are uncertain where your problem lies, drop us a line - we will be happy to recommend a reputable local and licensed Trades Person if needed. Also...as much as we hate to admit it, there are some limitations to our physical strength and abilities - if we can't do it - we will let you know! If you have more 'muscle based tasks', you may need to look outside your comfort zone and seek the assistance of a trusted male professional on these occasions.
