As unpleasant as the test process is, it is absolutely essential that you immediatel...y return home and isolate and await your results. Don't worry about your prescriptions - if you need home delivery of scripts (or other products) we are all geared up to make that happen the same day - usually within a couple of hours! All you need to do is call you local pharmacy and they will make it happen. Please don't put our staff or our beloved customers at risk by "popping in" on your way home.

11.01.2022 PHARMACIST-ISSUED LEAVE CERTIFICATES TELEHEALTH As our regular patients no doubt already know, pharmacists can issue Fair Work compliant leave certificates... for self-limiting conditions such as migraines, mild gastroenteritis, coughs, colds and sore throats. As of July 2020, we are encouraging people with symptoms of potentially contagious illnesses to avoid entering the pharmacy for a leave certificate consultation where possible. Instead we will be offering a Telehealth option to help people in our community stay at home to rest and recover. Your certificate will be emailed to you and we can process your payment over the phone. If you require any over the counter medications to ease your symptoms we can arrange a home delivery. Please note: Pharmacists can only provide certificates according to PSA and Pharmacy Guild guidelines, which limits the conditions and the number of days for which a pharmacist may issue a leave certificate. If you’d like to know more, please contact the pharmacy and our staff will be happy to help.

07.01.2022 Tomorrow is World Pharmacists Day. It's been a tough year for everyone without a doubt. We have seen some of our southern "Pharmily" stores working with out power and staying open through those awful bushfires, boating medication when roads were closed, assisting with medications and dispensing medications at evacuation centres etc.... Then COVID-19 hit us... We have had to implement so many changes to the way we work over the last few months and deal with some very stressful situations. I'd like you to consider, stop and think about your local Pharmacists. If you have the time stop by and call in to say Happy Pharmacists Day! That would be awesome. Much love the assistance team xx
