14.01.2022 These small pins are great using the standard 150mm pasta machines. Roll out your dough, place filling on top, cover with another sheet, roll to form pillows of goodness. Cut along press lines, dry out for a little while ( good time to clean up here ) Boil water or stock, cook till floating. serve and eat. YUM
