22.01.2022 Re-post Sadly, we don’t always know the depths of someone’s depression until it is too late. May I please get 2 friends or family members to copy and re-post? I am trying to demonstrate that someone is always listening. #SuicideAwareness Just two. Any two.... Say DONE. See more

17.01.2022 The day my father died, I was at the grocery store buying bananas. I remember thinking to myself, This is insane. Your dad just died. Why the hell are you buying bananas? 15.01.2022 Think about this You’re 7, or 9 or maybe even 3 or 4 You don’t really have access to a phone, other than when mum gives it to you to play a game on or speak to grandma. So, how are you supposed to in that moment, when mum is home - call Kids Helpline?...Continue reading

14.01.2022 Something fun for the young ones... Also happens to; a) act as subliminal learning and b) work as conversation starters. ... Enjoy ;-)

14.01.2022 Yesterday we did some mental health investigations through children's drawings. You can often see the emotional state of a child through the use of colour, lines, subject matter and even colouring in (or leaving blank). This gives us an opportunity to open up conversation with the kids on how they might be feeling and gives us further insights into whether we need to delve a little deeper...

14.01.2022 Hi guys!!! I need some opinions, please ;-) Phelly is in the midst of making a cartoon series - Phelly already helps so many kids with their mental health concerns, why not make it easier to access by putting it on TV?!!! It's still only early days and we have created Phelly's team (Phelly, Hux, Jag and Clive), but I'm now working on the Episodic Characters - the kids that have the issues, are depressed, are angry, frustrated, being bullied etc.... The target audience for the show is a certain age group (which I don't want to mention here in case I skew your opinions), but I was wondering if you could please let me know what age you believe the boy and girl in the picture are?

09.01.2022 Argh! We've hit a glitch people! Our animator has fallen ill and our trailer has to be pushed back :( Lots of good news tho! - It means we have more time to create something really special for you! I'll let you know a new date for our trailer premiere!... - We also have the Kids Castle Children's Mental Health workshops going great guns! - The website is almost ready - just a few tweaks here and there (and the new process is waaaay better than before) and - We now have interest from a children's book publisher! Crazy! Looks like Phelly will LITERALLY be everywhere soon!

06.01.2022 Love it when Phelly makes a difference!!!

04.01.2022 Would you recognise mental health issues in your children? #44percentofparentsdont
