21.01.2022 This huge 1500 traditional trailer mounted oven that we made here in Australia was purpose-built for the Jewish community who needed an oven that could hold a floor temperature of 650 700 their previous attempts had failed. Im so proud of how this oven performed it not only delivered beyond their expectations it easily reach the temperature zero internal cracking except for normal floor bedding in cracks, zero cracks on the outside, even with over 700 insideThe outside... Temperature was only 40. Now they were supposed to extend the flu up past the roof but they didnt, but it still didnt stop the oven working beautifully, It just got a bit smoky for them at times. Anyway now that Ive got this back im going to fully tile it and either put it to work or offer it to a woodfired oven operator who needs to service huge functions n crowds as this oven can handle six roasts and six pizzas at one time.
