It seems like a really obvious statement but weve had customers tell us that this has been their barrier to going outside on a cold, wet or windy day. Theyve gotten used to not being able to zip up their coat. The first time I heard it I was in shock! Nature doesnt discriminate. The outdoors is for every size. ... Every body. Every beautiful curve you have. How dare any one make you feel that you are less worthy to enjoy Mother Natures gifts than anyone else. Yet thats how a lot of outdoor companies have made many people feel. No representation, no diversity, extreme sports representatives in extreme locations. What??!!! The buck stops here. Were working to create more. More inclusiveness, more diversity, more representation. It wont happen overnight but well make sure it does happen and we can use every bit of help we can get. Reaching out to the big companies, exploring manufacturing options and speaking to leaders in this change, we want to be part of a solution, working constantly on creating something very, very important. Because the greater the connection with nature, the better life becomes. Its the answer to so much, if only we slowed down enough to realise that what we have been searching for has been right in front of us all along.

12.01.2022 Layering is so important when your being active in the outdoors. A highly waterproof and breathable and seam sealed technical jacket with a 100% merino wool t-shirt underneath is perfect! Merino is so understated for summer wear, it’s a natural fibre, keeps you cool and wicks moisture (aka sweat!) away from your body and is one million times better than a cotton t-shirt ! Bet you thought cotton was good right? Wrong! Cotton is the worst layer to wear when being active (ok so you probably didn’t think cotton was a good layer, I just got really excited for a sec! Anyway, don’t forget about the men in your life when you’re planning for weather which could be wet, windy, cold or damp
