16.01.2022 Perth weather isnt going to be too pleasant the next few days, grab some shock treatment chlorine to give your pool a kick once the rain passes, it might not hurt to grab some phosphate remover while your at it. Time to be proactive about water loss compared to evaporation rates, its worth a quick visit to the bureau of meteorology website to get the average Evap rate for your area before you assume your pool is leaking... 12.01.2022 Hi everyone, this whole corona virus thing is definitely a concern to everyone, everyones family, friends and associates and not forgetting to mention your friendly tradespeople making trips to everyones homes. We dont know where everyones been or met or traveling too so lets all work together to prevent the spread of infection and continue on with our lives.... P.s.. we might have to start charging in toilet rolls if the panic buyers dont quit it.

09.01.2022 The latest government advisory bulletin regarding the Eastern States lockdown gives the impression that WA will be at full lockdown within days. This means essential services only, non essential travel banned, everyone stays home or suffer severe penalties. Untill such a notice is in effect, Poolremedies will be operating to fix remaining booked appointments but any possible future bookings will have to be on hold. Keep your chins up and stay safe, we will get through this crisis as a unified community..

09.01.2022 Here you can see what happens when the mechanical seal is worn inside the pump, water pours from the bottom between the wet end and the motor. 09.01.2022 Be vigilant with your pool this week, maybe run it for an extra hour a day to keep your chlorine up, take a sample to your local shop and check your stabiliser levels.... Its gonna be a warm one !!

06.01.2022 Transformed this old weathered pool into a nice lagoon.. thanks to ABW vinyl for following my measurements to the letter.. couldnt get a better fitting liner... Really happy

06.01.2022 A very old pool that had tin walls pressed up against brickwork... Tin removed, walls rendered, new skimmer box and pipework installed, modified deck and repaired bullnosing... The finished pool looks great.

05.01.2022 When you get a tear in your vinyl liner and the surface behind your liner is sealed and water tight the vinyl will balloon from the walls and floor. As it does this the liner starts to shrink as it can no longer hold its integrity, the longer its left the worse it gets... This is what happens when left for too long a period. The narration was a bit loud as I was getting the attention of the home occupant

01.01.2022 The crack depicted in this skimmer box loses 3 inches of water a day, caused by the pressure on the underground pipework by the subsiding concrete paved area above. Cure.... New skimmer box. New concrete surround.
