Perhaps you could look at it as Get the whole house done and get a free bathroom!! Once the reno is done it has to be worth no more than 1.5million- not sure how this goes with farmers (I will research this) It must be done by a Registered Builder, not a Carpenter, Labourer or Owner Builder- Must Be Registered!! 01.01.2022 Who has a spare room to future proof? These clients did! And what a wonderful safe space......and plantation shutters to boot! This transformation allows these people to remain in their home if an unpredictable health issue arises and it also allows the home owner be allowed to return home from a stay in hospital. So many times we hear that my husband can’t come home from Hospital till our bathroom is fixed! Forward thinking right here
