23.01.2022 OK, this isn’t a wonderful photo, but it IS a wonderful breakfast. It’s our new No Nut Hemp Granola with natural yoghurt. I’m just prepping for bake day, and this is a good start!

20.01.2022 Exciting news!!! If you happen to be in or closer to Bunbury............. drum roll please...... The Rusticana will be taking delivery of Primal Alternative products on Friday this week!!! Super excited to be the one to get some of delicious grain free goodness back on their shelves. They haven’t sold our wraps before (pictured), BUT this week they will have them in the fridge!!!! Check it out

19.01.2022 A wise person (an old colleague in fact), once told me ....... that when when you’re in small business you can get caught up working IN the business. You have to remember to take time to work ON the business too. So that’s been me today, the oven is off, but the computer has been whirring! But baking as usual on Thursday..... Phew!
