14.01.2022 MEET THE TEAM MONDAY Nico Mutig Director... Nico has been in the Building & Construction industry for the past 32 years. He holds many relevant certificates such as: Builder License & Builder Supervisors License, Carpenter & Joiner License, Confined Space & Working at Heights certification, and Electrical Testing & Tagging competencies to name a few. Nico is a great leader, teacher, and mentor. He works tirelessly around the clock to ensure the business and its employees have adequate resources to perform their duties and Deliver Projects On Time and On Budget. Nico is responsible for overseeing all aspects within the business, from all matters project related from attending project briefs, estimating, to handover and everything in between, onsite and in the office, as well as making organisational strategic and operational decisions whilst ensuring the company meets it statutory obligations.

04.01.2022 NEW PROJECT - SCIF Holsworthy Barracks, NSW Protek are currently undertaking the works to strip out an existing secure room and construct and fit out a new SCIF to zone requirements at Torbuk Lines Holsworthy Barracks. The works involve securing access externally via a secure scaffold system entering via a second floor window. This allows for no interuptions to current highly sensitive Defence operations. 02.01.2022 MEET THE TEAM MONDAY Andrew Walker Accountant... Andrew has been looking after Protek’s Accounts and Finances for the past 7 years. He holds a Diploma in Accounting, and a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking Management, as well as many other certificates of achievement. Andrew is responsible for reconciling all of Protek’s accounts, overseeing all payments made and received as well as assigning them to each project. He compiles and presents reports, budgets, business plans, and financial statements to Protek’s director as well as auditing financial information on a regular basis.
